With just three days for the official launch of Samsung Galaxy Note 9 at an ‘unpacked’ event on August 9 in New York, a string of leaks have already unveiled a lot of information about the features and specifications. A latest leak from Russia lists all its specifications and some software information.
A Twitter user has posted an image of the box of the Galaxy Note 9’s box and claims that the phone has already been stocked in Russian stories.
The box mentions that the phone will sport a 6.4 inch QHD+ Super AMOLED display.
The smartphone will have a dual-camera setup at the back. There is 12MP primary lens with a dual aperture that can shift from F/2.4 aperture to a wider F/1.5 for low light shots. The secondary camera has a 12MP lens with F/2.4 aperture. There is a mention of an 8MP front shooter.
The box lists the stylus as “S-Pen with remote control.” It has been claimed that the S-Pen will have Bluetooth support and may be used as a camera shutter for group photos and also have the ability to control music playback.
The phone will have an IP68 rating which means that it is water and dust resistant and can be submerged in 1.5m depth for half an hour.
The phone will be secured by the Samsung Knox system.
128 GB+6GB variant of the Galaxy Note 9 is claimed to be the base model of the device.
However some reports also claim that Samsung will launch the 512 GB+8GB version.
Reportedly 128GB variant will be priced at approx Rs 76,000 and the 512GB version will be available for approximately Rs 94,000.
