On Wednesday, Congress party Unit at Chhattisgarh chose a different way to protest against the rising fuel prices.
The legislators rode bullock cart to reach the Assembly building in Raipur as a protest against the fuel prices hike. The diesel and petrol price reached at every-time high and it reached outside the budget of the common man.
Reportedly, one of the protesters blamed Modi government and said that “The increased prices of fuel, gas and other products have burned a hole in the pockets of common man. People in Chhattisgarh are facing problems as they now have to shell out more money for buying these products,”
Recently the opposition parties led a country-wide bandh against the rising fuel prices, which is highly troubling the people, but still the government is not ready to make any solution. 21 opposition parties supported the bandh but they could not break the silence of the Central government regarding this matter.
