A person was arrested by the Patna Police for throwing slipper on Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday but it was missed by few metres.
The Chief Minister along with his Senior ministers were attending a public function in Bapu Sabhagar when the incident happened.
Police told, the person is identified as Chandan Kumar Tiwari from Aurangabad. He was angry and was protesting against the reservation in the state. Some Janata Dal workers thrashed him rudely until the police came to his rescue.
Tiwari told the media that, he was protesting against the reservation system in the state and he couldn’t get a job as he belongs to a upper caste.
