According to a new study, E-cigarettes are capable to help to give up smoking faster than any another methods. E-cigarettes should be used openly to reduce smoking habit.
Hannah Farrimond, lead author said,” There are real opportunities for stop smoking services to use e-cigarettes more actively to help people give up smoking, but for this to happen policies around the country need to be consistent, and people need to share best practice and know what others are doing.”
It is important that the smoking cessation work to succeed the initiative should go beyond specialist clinics. It is important that the initiative needed to be supported by psychiatric units, community mental health settings, community centres and smoke-free hospitals.
The Harm Reduction journal published the complete study.
