Swiss tennis maestro Roger Federer rolled into the semi-final of the ongoing ATP Finals tournament after defeating Kevin Anderson of South Africa in men’s singles event.
The clash between Federer and Anderson lasted 77 minutes and Federer lashed Anderson 6-4,6-3 in the quarter-finals. The Grand Slam champion broke Anderson four times in the match. It would be Federer’s 100th tour-level trophy if he manages to win the ATP finals title.
Reportedly Federer said that “It’s just going to be hard to finish it.I am happy I gave myself the opportunity. I am happy that I am raising my level of play throughout this week.This is what I hope to do. It’s exciting to be in this situation now,of course, no doubt,”
