Finally United States’ Central Intelligence Agency has concluded that Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman ordered the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
As per reports, the Intelligence Agency came to the conclusion after analyzing several evidence which includes a phone call between the Saudi Crown Prince’s brother Khalid bin Salman and Khashoggi in which Khalid, who is the Saudi Ambassador to US asked journalist Khashoggi to visit Saudi consulate in Istanbul.
Reportedly, the investigation claims that the call made by Khalid was under the direction of the Crown Prince. On October 2, Khashoggi was reported missing after he stepped into Saudi Arabia’s consulate in Istanbul to collect the paperwork that would allow him to marry his fiancée Hatice Cengiz.
As the body of the journalist is yet to be traced, the investigations into the murder is still continuing at Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
