On Monday, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has started a mega roadshow in Lucknow along with brother and Congress chief Rahul Gandhi and with Jyotiraditya Scindia. The 12-km long roadshow was from Lucknow’s Amausi airport towards the Congress headquaters of the state.
Priyanka’s arrival was welcomed by thousands of supporters and Congress leaders and they have joined the roadshow. Congress leaders including Raj Babbar, Rajeev Shukla,RPN Singh, Jitin Prasada and Harish Rawat were seen with Rahul and Priyanka.
Priyanka’s political entry was announced by Congress chief Rahul Gandhi after he appointed her as general secretary in-charge of eastern Uttar Pradesh. Congress President Rahul Gandhi said through his twitter as :

Ahead of the Lucknow rally, Priyanka has officially joined Twitter.Rahul and Priyanka kicks off the mega Lucknow rally with thousands of party workers and leaders. Jyotiraditya Scindia took the matter to his twitter and tweeted as :

Priyanka has officially started her political life with the mega roadshow, meanwhile at the same time her husband and businessman Robert Vadra arrived in Jaipur for next round of interrogation by the Enforcement Directorate.

Vinay Katiyar, BJP MP made a sharp attack towards Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s roadshow in Lucknow and said that “UP is a cremation ground for Congress. They will get nothing here,”
During the roadshow, Congress chief targeted the BJP government over Rafale deal and showed a cardboard cut-out of Rafale jet to the crowd.
